Update the the update

fix the kill messages not changing location
fix the colour change only changing on game restart

* Options page for clients
To move the kill posts
Change the colour of the text
Reset button if their any issues with the ui

*Added the ability to have the steam profile ad the user name in discord simple kills
note discord auto embeds the links so its not as clean looking as I would like

* Null pointer when the client leaves a server to the main menu

Updated client / player side config scripts

* This should update any missing info in the file

* Changed the text size to make kills easier to read

* The old kills will be removed from screen after around 20 seconds

* Added blood splatter to walls back to the game

* Some small code improvements for ram usage

* reduced the number of file reads for the gui

Moved the gui mod into main mod as some parts need to be on both client and server

Moved the rpc enum file to main mod as the checks for the gui mod are not stoping the missing variable error

The mod version date is now 02_02_2022

killfeed bot.json file will now show the current version on the server

The url for the leaderboard bot has been updated as the old vps is a pile of s**t
