The mod now includes source code of the template classes that can be edited by the Template Master. They can be inspected to see a list of properties that can be edited by the Template Master with some dev comments.

Updated config headers in the XComTemplateEditor.ini to reflect the update to the Template Master - Core.

This will reset configuration for all of you. Sorry about that, but it was unavoidable.

Added an empty Content folder.
