WARNING! THIS VERSION SHUFFLES ALL SEEDS!!

-Added heavy armor option
-Added credits to mention my friends who helped me with the map
-Fixed bug when warning message incorrectly pops up while in Competitive mode
-Fixed huge crate issues on dedicated servers. Now everything should work fine on dedicated servers.

-Lowered size of map by not packing things that should not be packed

-Added new chat command: "+" - allows to participate in latest available vote
-Added settings for Bots amount and difficulty
-Fixed some errors in console
-Hopefully fixed FPS drop in the fountain and on balconies
-Slightly tweaked custom KV3 file to make a bit more harder bots
-Slightly improved bot navigation... again...
