Added build and repair Borg ships can repair now.

Lordspaceship made a BORG PROBE and a Niagara class.
I added the DK Phaser (DX11) mod made by duncankong added to the weapon file <DamageMultiplier>500</DamageMultiplier>
<RangeMultiplier>1000.0</RangeMultiplier>

Cyberhounds on planet along with Brog Drones.

Borg Probe will spawn Cube or SPHERE

add drop loot for drones and cyberhounds
