bone dancers, eighties, and two sun changed to road warrior ideas
now bone dancers change to specialist traditions on the odius king path
now vault city changes to robotic traditions when the military take over
rangers now have specialist traditions and switch to brotherhood traditions if they join the brotherhood

fixed crashing on startup and when loading the map

the reduction to special forces cap maint has been improved.

to summerise these past updates
Psyker ideas was broken, so i fixed it.
also rewrote lone starts events file, because lone star + this mod = crashing.
still don't know why that is, events should work more or less fine though.
