+ Expanded Medbay
+ Increased the storage capacity for medbay
+ Gave medbay a Deconstructor
+ Reworked all the spawn points to be compatible with UER
+ Reworked ID tags on containers to be compatible.
+ Added a single charge dock in shaft access outside engineering
+ Restricted access to Armory
- Removed the access restriction to Rail gun gunnery in my last edit
- Removed ID restriction to medbay (Since crew quarters had non medic spawns, and you need to leave through medical.)
