>> Soulbreaker: Now deal 200%-300% MP damage (was double only). Ruin skill scaling no longer scales. +2 TTA to Stun duration per rank.
>> Disperse Energy: Increased caster Life and Ruin scaling to 50% (was 30%), but lowered caster Elemental scaling to 25% (was 30%).
>> Sandalphon: Replaced Decay with Itchy (55 + Ruin * 5 * c:rank). Now self-cures status after transferring status effects (hopefully). Reduced cast time to 12 and MP cost to 8. 2nd action now properly performs after (not before) 1st action. Added tooltip icons.

>> Sandalphon: 12 Base MP Cost (was 10). 14 Charge Time (was 8). 125% base damage (was 50%). 0.5x Ruin damage multiplier (was 1x). First attack now has wide line AoE (was straight line). Also reworded and shortened the description and added new FXs.

>> Soulbreak now deals 125% + 25% HP damage (was 50% + 50%). Now has the forward step like Gladiator's Smash.
++ Replaced Judgement Strike with Disperse Energy (but good): Disperse your essence to 4 spots to regenerate an ally's MP by <icon=MP><math=c:rank + c:MagAtk * 1.2 + d:c_skill_Elemental * 0.3 + c:skill_Life * 0.3> or damage an enemy's MP by <icon=MP><math=c:rank + c:MagAtk * 1.2 + d:c_skill_Elemental * 0.3 + c:skill_Ruin * 0.3>.
>> Renamed Shekinah to Sandalphon
>> Fixed Sandalphon's charge time (it works now).

>> Judgement Strike: Now requires a melee weapon (was any weapon)
>> Shekinah 1 now has straight line (shape 2) (rather than wide line shape 3). 15 [10+5] Base MP cost and 13 [8+5] charge time (was 18 MP [14+4] and 15 CT [11+4]). This means Shekinah 2 (exceed) now has 20 MP cost (was 22) and 18 CT (was 19). Also added the 99TTA cooldown that wasn't there but supposed to be there (bruh).
