Updated all elements of the ship

Updated hull section names. These now show on the Status Monitors.

Small changes to layout. Added Captain only locker by the nav terminal (with logbook) and added Medic only access to poison cabinet in the med bay.

Updated glass flooring in the Sea Bug area to encourage use of the portable safe.

Updated to fix sprite depth on various items and reset motion detector values so the shields work correctly.

Added new cargo holder to the cargo area.

Updated to replace the front gun with a pulse laser and the ball turret with a chain gun.
