Fixed sprite depth for certain points. Reduced overall ship speed. Added a collision layer to stop the ammo elevator from sinking too far and stopping it from redocking when breached.

Updated ship guns. Added 'Bad Day' Nuclear Torpedo to the front of the ship. Added Nudge buttons to the left lift to stop it getting stuck in the elevator shaft.

Added a platform by the helm so that the docking hatch can be repaired more easily. (not being able to repair stuff while on a ladder is a pain)
