The ten small reactors have been removed, this helps to save on weight and where there to add extra power for the shield mod but never really added much.
two ion thrusters on the bottom of the ship have now been changed to hydrogen thrusters and two ion thrusters at the front of the ship have also been changed to hydrogen thrusters.
