Binoculars now only need a Cartographer's Desk to be prototyped, then can be crafted anywhere.

The crafting recipe is now configurable, with 3 options:
Easy: 1 Marble, 1 Cut Reeds
Normal (default): 1 Marble, 2 Cut Reeds, 2 Nitre
Hard: 1 Marble, 2 Cut Reeds, 1 Moon Shard

The number of Binoculars produced with each craft is now configurable between 1 and 4 (default 2).

Decreased range in the caves (with night vision) to 67% (from 75%).

Changed crafting recipe to 1 Marble, 1 Cut Reeds (from 2 Marble, 2 Cut Reeds).

Crafting now produces 4 Binoculars instead of 1.
