v0.9.8 - Audio Rework
This version will focus on revising much of the existing audio content while adding in new features alongside.

-Added new tinnitus SFX

Bug Fix
-Fixed issue and updated diving equipment with Embrace the Abyss game update. Players should no longer die of water pressure on acceptable depths for the diving suit.
-Updated explosive materials with new code.
-Updated stun baton with new code.

-Simplified soundtrack names for easier referencing in xml files.
