Added MCT option to move the details pane to the right of the settlement, if you were finding it squished on the left

Disbanding a unit now adds their troops back to the troop pool, relative to the health they had when disbanded
Removed all the effect bundle icons from the province pane, so it doesn't get spammed. Meant to do this after I finished testing, whoops
