AT-rocket powerup: Doubled price, reduced damage for (non-campaign).
Stilleto: Combat range to 160. Assault ~50% reduced damage. Both 1s increase to shot delay.

Set to false leader follower tags for group move and group attack. This should help units move more independently and faster as a group. Hopefully will not impact performance.

-cut stiletto stabber damage by 15 ass to 20 cbt percent of original, and changed requirement to barracks.

changed some settings on the multi-lock missile
put both carbine gun AND multi-lock into Crimson Bears Stoli (mvmbike).
The AI will occasionally use it.

For some reason the AI won't shoot the multi-lock missile. So switched the CBB Stoli back to shooting the carbine gun, and upped the combat version weapon damage a little.
