Gave the Olympia Upgraded PAP a two-round hyper-burst mode much like the Super DUPER Shotgun barrel for the Double-Barrel SG.

Reduced the damage buff/multiplier for the Upgraded PAP of the Launchers and the Ray-Gun from 50.0X to 12.5X.

Got rid of the Pack-A-Punch jingle for the Alt variants of the Upgraded Pack-A-Punch mods.
The Olympia PAP now only burns things on impact, it doesn't have any other DMG overrides.
Changed the Suffix of the Upgraded PAP from "PAP" to "PAP-UP". Not much, but y'know, I like it that way now.

Tweaked the code of the Super DUPER Shotgun barrel to not have the Double-Barrel be centered in First-Person view. I may make this into a second version if I like it enough or if enough of you demand it.

Added the Upgraded PAP of the Olympia SG.

Buffed up the damage and penetration of the Upgraded PAP mods.

Also gave the Omni-Perks a 200% increase in penetration.
