1.) Updated all the Ammo Mods to not be usable by NPCs.
2.) Updated the damage multipliers of the RPG-7 warheads (10.0 instead of the 60/1MAX-12/1MIN of the Insta-Boom, the 12.5/1 of the Big Boom, and the 30/1MAX-6/1MIN of the Big Bang)
3.) Updated the damage multipliers of the Shredder Shot shells (3.0 instead of 2.0).
4.) Updated the damage multipliers of the Inferno Shells (2.0 instead of 1.5).
5.) Updated the damage multipliers of the Extreme Penetrator rounds (5.0 instead of 3.0).
6.) Updated the UBGLs to not be usable by NPCs.
7.) Updated the UBGLs to have the "ubgl" slot be first in priority. (Not really that important, just testing to see if it will trigger the proper positions when mounted on weapons with the hidden UBGL slot mount positions.)
