Added recruitable Old Men. I have successfully diluted the standard recruitable pool with them, and added fixed recruitable Old Men to Sho-Battai, along with a custom start in Sho-Battai. NOTE: A LOT of recruits are in Sho-Battai, so look very carefully and give them time to get to the bar OR bakery.

Finally got a "decent" starting position for the Old Scorchlander start. If you like a quick death, that is.
