* Bunny stew requires 1 rabbit and 1 veggie value, gives 75 Hunger, 20 Overtime Health.
* Hound tooth mace deals 47.6 damage and has 25 less uses, but has a bit more range compared to normal weapons
* Woodweavers have slightly increased range so it's easier to aggro them
* Added configs for Wolfgang Changes, Pre-Refresh, Post-Refresh, and Off (for now, Post-Refresh is the same as Off as I havent added anything to Wolfgang yet)
* Removed "[PUBLIC BETA]" from the mod title

- the Big F*cking Frog is just about functional (spawncode "bff")
- Character select screen works with wanda and wont mess up custom characters

- Winona's catapult can now be fueled with moon rocks, cut stone, cratered moon rocks, and steel wool for various fuel ammo levels.
- Hunt suprises are now a 30 -> 60% chance from a 34 -> 67% chance
