Added bounties to Holy Nation Inquisitors and High Paladins, so you can turn them in to improve relations with the Flotsam Ninjas.
Added bounties to Slave Trader Caravan Bosses, Slave camp nobles, and even the slaver shop bosses, so you can turn them in to improve relations with the Anti-Slavers.
Changed the relations loss for collecing money from the Trader's Guild to the United Empires.

If the player is contracted by the Trader's Guild, then Anti-Slavers will spawn in The Hook, South Wetlands, and The Eye for the player to fight.
