Added an option to only enable the spotting mechanic

Improved spotting, spotted duration is now an int instead of a range, general bugfixes

Added a dropdown for changing the keybind for spotting. Increased depth for diving. The mutator will now default to the FOV spotting method.

Added a new spotting method (configurable). Hopefully fixed the old one
