Skybox Full Redesign

Full SkyPaint support in both versions

Changes in the sky for the day time
Added smoke volumes
Decorations in the construction site
Restored Mirrors

removed some sounds to fix an issue and did some texture matching

*Changed the Sky colors for a more accurate and dark-ish look
