Added a super unfinished reception area

-Fixed lightning bugs inside the Bungalow
-Corrected some texture matching
-Added a new spawn spot
-Added an airboat in the little island
-Removed one unecessary cubemap
-Moved a flower pot which had incorrect lightning

Lightmap size increased even more in areas where lightning isnt a big deal, map size reduced
