Made the Weather Buttons in the sky Clickable, instead of having to change stats...
This makes it MUCH quicker to turn weather effects on and off.

Added a 4 button tool:-
Background/RoomChanger
This allows you to change the Environment/3d Room/Background to 4 styles:-
1 Cathedral
2 Graveyard
3 Stone Cellar
4 Wood Cabin
