Bow can now shoot much further

Complete overhaul...

- Now 100% standalone, does not require any other mods, everything is built-in!
- Added support for Sandbox! Find the bow in the "Minecraft" category of the Sandbox weapons tab
- Arrows now appear on the ground if you miss, and can be picked up by walking over them!
- Now available to both detectives and traitors to buy
- New model!
- New icon and buy menu description
