Put in an auto door next to the helm room due to excessive flooding when left open.

Attempted to fix a bug where cargo would phase into the interior hull and being non-interactable, added an icon for the airlock and shrunk the airlock a bit for the sake of it not slowing down the ship when flooded.

Fixed doors, worked on AI nodes, attempted to fix bots getting stuck on the drone, AI now ignore the nose due to getting stuck.
