Some visual updates

Patch:

- Fixed the Webway gate which won't charge resources anymore after researching it's upgrade.

- Fixed the option that didn't give the ability to some Craftworlds to don't found a city after researching the Webway
Redoubt.

Added the Tier 6 tech Cleansing Flame for the Warlocks.

Patch that fixes the issue of removing the cost of the web way gate after researching it

Update: This small correction patch will fix the Banshee's Mask ability not showing for the units.
Now is fixed and working.

Update: Mod has been updated with major bug fix of Webway Redoubt not appearing or absent.
Now each Craftworld can research and build a new base.
More minor bugs will be fixed with next patches.

Update: Fixed the issue of Warshout not activating after researching for Howling Banshees.

Added the Warlock units for each of the five Craftworlds.
