- Added Russian Localization, courtesy of Aks.

- Added support for the vest slot from Musashi's Vest Slot mod. It can be toggled off or back on again via XComSlotOptions.ini.

- Removed the IgnoreSlotWeight ability from the soldier ability summary screen in the armory.

RustyDios was a HUGE help with this latest update.
- Removed all the XMB stuff to reduce bloat.
- Added a new config option, letting you decide whether the IgnoreSlotWeight ability should be visible in tactical or not. It's set to FALSE by default.

- Added the OPTC feature to add the relevant ability to soldier templates.

- Re-wrote basically the entire mod. The old code accomplished nothing. This new code is based on Favid's Strong Back perk, but checks for different slots. It does not function in the armory, but I have tested and it DOES work in tactical.

- Disabled the lines related to logging, and now the game actually starts up. Note to self: don't blindly trust others' code. Also fuck logging.
