Fixed Various Warthog weapon issues that weren't working or showing up (Hopefully)
Fixed M808s Scoprions and a few others that were invisable due to OPTRE Update
Replaced Various of Trucks that lost their textures (They are back to base NATO and CSAT Trucks only way I could fix it without breaking the mod)

UNSC Marine Corps [CE:A] Remade to Fix Vehicles not having correct passengers and various other issues with the faction (Hopefully)
- Missions saved with CE:A may not work anymore however, Alive missions that only have the modules should work as they use the same Faction Classname
