Update 1.2: Refactored how the button for learning psycasts is handled, should be a lot more responsive now.
The old abilities are now legacy, just in case anyone has a save with an unselected psycast I left the old code and defs in for now.

Update 1.1: Added a mod option for limiting the present options to between 2 and 5. The RNG in seeded with the Psylink level and the pawn ID meaning no save scumming.
