Hotfix for bugged university visits and Aragorn marrying twice.

Hotfix.

- Adoption is only possible with same race characters
- Changed Sauron's glowing eyes effect so they don't freeze the game anymore
- Claimants on Gondor now see their claims transferred if the Castamiri win
- Fixed ocean backgrounds not showing up anymore
- Changed the Sorcery icon to an evil red eye
- Wet nurse and physician candidates are now of the character's race
- Adventurers won't visit wastelands anymore
- Added MaA art painted by Loosetongue and JohnHenryEden
- Nazgûl and Istari will escape from prison after a few days
- Seduce and Romance schemes targeting different race characters are now disabled
- Cross-race marriages now end in divorce due to character incompatibility
- Aragorn can't attend every single activity on the map before his return anymore, no more drowning on the way
- Aragorn is now safe from adventurers for 5 years upon his return, so he can organise his Grand Wedding in peace
- If Aragorn can't be bothered to organise his own Grand Wedding, he'll just get a regular one after 3 years
- If Galadriel missed her granddaughter's Grand Wedding, make her send the Elessar in the mail
- Told the AI that Numenorean characters can't organise a Grand Wedding if they're not nubile, they're not just perjuring themselves
- Characters can now be knight in the appropriate age frame and no longer from 25 to 60
- Wet nurses are now of appropriate age
- Adûnaic Birthright tenet is now incompatible with Echoes of the Ainur
- Accolade successors now spawn within the appropriate age frame
- Archivist experience is now correctly distributed at the end of Historical Endeavours
- Khamûl will no longer sulk in the wilderness if Galadriel kicks him out of Dol Guldur
- Maiar and Nazgûl can't go to university anymore
- Maiar and Nazgûl don't die from their wounds anymore
- Told the AI that if their faith is good, Sauron might not be the best person to send their kid to
