Fixed a very stupid mistake, causing the AI to be not build shields. They build them now.

Fixed an issue with the Missile weapons being broken. You can now use more than the T3 Small missiles. The reason why this was broken, is because i am a Bird owner. And he likes to jump on the keyboard when i code. Thus in times like this, i must go looking for an obscure comma, or letter, buried in the exact location that would break a line of code.

Thanks to wodzu_93 for telling me this was broken.
