Added a setup card, for anyone who doesn't have setup memorized already. Also removed an extraneous extra Special Sidekick.

Whoops! Forgot to upload one of the Mastermind cards to the cloud. Minor fix for that issue.

Now includes the Killer App expansion:
- 7 new special Sidekicks
- 4 new Programs, 1 for each faction
- 4 new Henchmen Villains
- 3 new Masterminds
- 3 new Villain Groups
- 1 new Bystander
- 1 new Special card
- 1 new Scheme

A few balance changes and new rules for Discs. I think we're more or less done at this point.

No substantive gameplay changes, but changed the table layout to be a bit more user friendly.
