FIX: fixed a couple of broken triggers
FEATURE: adjusted start-of-game effect to be more dynamic - instead of simply mirroring the status of adultery, the fornication doctrines for each faith will be set based on the adultery doctrine for each gender, the gender balance doctrine, the status of traits such as Lustful, Chaste, Honest, and Deceitful, and other factors.
