Needed to undo the reload sounds for magazine based guns because there is a bug atm that causes the sounds to play on loop for guns that are spawned in wrecks and some auto filled containers. Hope there will be a fix soon.

Added the FG-42 as replacement for the deadeye carbine and a star shell pouch as a container for six flares or star shells. Some minor changes to texts and availability of certain items like bone thresher kidneys.

FIXED: Empty Luger magazine exploding on deconstruction, deconstructing MG 34 causing an error, allow it to sell full magazines. ATTENTION: MG 34 belts must not be slotted into a weapon. Otherwise they wont be able to be sold anymore. CHANGES: Nitroglycerin now is crafted in a medicalfabricator. Changed spawn positions of bonethresher kidneys not to spawn in thalamus organs anymore. Several minor stuff.
