Big Changes :)

Cultists:
-All resistances increased to 248% (Bleed/Blight still did HP dmg to them)

King:
-Max HP decreased by 100 (463>363)
-Cultist Chop base dmg decreased (20-35 > 10-25)
-Hazardous Hew dmg decreased (12-20 > 10-17), crit chance decreased (13.5% > 10%), and accuracy decreased (92.5 > 90.5)
-Perishing Purge dmg decreased (24-32> 20-28), crit chance decreased (20% > 17%), and accuracy decreased (92.5 > 90.5)
-Hazardous Hew now gives a -25% healing received debuff that lasts for the remainder of the battle (bring herbs).
-Removed the -100% deathblow resist while alive debuff
-Rotting King now has 2 actions per turn.
