- Changed mod from 27 to 28 slots for better look, 27 slots makes odd number and looks less good.
- Changed way slots are placed compared to vanilla style
- Fixed an issue where there was actually not the amount of perk slots as advertised by the mod ( I messed up with an update and noticed recently where less perks slots, apparently I'm bad at counting )
- Fixed an issue you had more repeatable tech then slots ( I think its due the reason mention at point above )

Updated UI to is more to Vanilla look and made scroll bar you can press or use mousewheel to scroll
