The Easter Operator update.

Pulled LMGs for reworking. It appears they fell behind adjustments to Tier One's configs and vanished from the arsenal.
Optimized firemodes for the .50 Beowulf rifles, saving considerable config space.
Added generalmacro entries to all weapons. This should fix some arsenal quirks.
Fixed 6mm ARC bugs.
Added 6.8 NGSW versions of the M110K1.

Known issue is that they have no proxy model. Tried adding one, but it produced a crash.
