Africans no longer have straight hair, but instead Afros.
Cultures are now automatically assigned phenotypes via a patcher I keep in a different repository.
A few new phenotypes added.
Phenotype distributions are now slightly more realistic.

-A large number of basic phenotypes were removed, replaced by an arrays of their subtypes. Out of the basic
phenotypes, only Mediterranid, Ainuid and Sibirid remain. The rest (Nordid, Alpine, Armenoid, Dinarid, Orientalid,
Lappid, Turanid, Sinid, Indid, Indo-Melanid, Veddoid, Congolid, Nilotid, Ethiopid) were removed, because all of their
subtypes are now in the game instead.


-Skin colours can be darker now, even pitch black, which is necessary for Nilotid subtypes


-Skin colours are slightly more vibrant and less desaturated now.
