- Cheapie detection at the start of the match is now optional. Just hold Attack to prevent it if you wish to play vs a cheapie normally.
- Matt's attacks will no longer cause cracks in the ground if it's on Matt Destination's Aether Mode

Buffs
- Reverted the passive soft armor nerf
- Increased kb scaling of charged USpecial a bit, to compensate for the shorter range it has now
- Increased the damage and knockback scaling of several moves when they're charged (FStrong, UStrong, DStrong, UTilt, FSpecial punch, Jab3, etc). Note that this is ONLY their charged stats however, the moves otherwise are the same as before
- Decreased uncharged FStrong startup (53->47)
Nerfs
- Decreased lifetime of the USpecial sourspot a little bit (16->12), hopefully making it a bit easier to edgeguard

Buffs
- Holding Special now lets Matt use the standard UThrow even while portal is out. This is useful if you want to keep the portal, or if portal UThrow isnt optimal in that situation
- Charging DTilt halfway or more while portal is out will spawn a lightning bolt from the portal as well, and consume the portal. (If you dont want to consume the portal, you can also hold Special to prevent it)
- Charged BAir sourspot knockback scaling increased (.85->.95)
- BAir2 knockback scaling increased (.85->95)
- Reverted Uthrow knockback scaling nerf (.9->.95). As it seemed unnecessary after fixing the UThrow cheese
- NSpecial now charges slightly faster
- DSpecial stomp soft armor increased (4->7). As the intended counterplay is to punish the landing (which is very easy now), not challenge the move directly
Nerfs
- Increased the charge time required to shoot the lightning bolt with UStrong (20->30). This also helps indicate it better as it can only be fired when Matt gets sparks around himself
- Land time increased (4->6), to be more in line with heavy character stats
- Wavedash distance reduced
- USpecial now sends into pratfall, and distance slightly reduced again
- Air speed reduced (5.5->5), max jump hsp reduced (6.5->6), and walljump vsp reduced (11->9)
- FThrow base timer reduced (10->6), and scaling with opponent % slightly reduced (basically it wont go as far until higher %)
- Passive soft armor now lowers quicker with % (before he'd reach 0 armor at 150%, now 0 armor is gone at 100%)
Fixes / Other Changes
- Added up and down angling animations for NSpecial, making it more readable and look better
- Fixed a bug where the NSpecial charge SFX wouldn't always play
- Fixed a bug where if you stopped charging some moves at a specific frame (FTilt, UTilt, UStrong), the electricity charging hitbox would spawn every frame when releasing the attack
- Fixed a false galaxy on the charged DTilt lightning bolt projectile

Buffs
- Charged BAir sweetspot knockback scaling increased (1.02->1.05), sourspot knockback scaling increased (.7->.85) and angle changed (125->135)
- BAir2 knockback scaling increased (.67->85) and angle changed (130->135)
- When using FSpecial and holding Special, Matt will ignore stars. This lets you choose to grab players (or planet) instead
Nerfs
- UThrow2 knockback scaling reduced (.95->.9), and UThrow1 now sends opponents through platforms when portal is out (hopefully to prevent cheesy kills and make players rely less on just UThrow)
- DSpecial stomp endlag increased (20->24) and star active frames reduced again (30->15)
- Charged BAir sweetspot angle changed (140->135)
Fixes / Other Changes
- Improved the logic behind DSpecial planet once again, preventing it from being hit twice by the same hitbox. As after the previous patch this would happen with some moves (ex: Uthrow)
