Buffs
- Increased bkb (7->7.5, 6->6.5) and knockback scaling (.9->.95, .8->.85) of DAir
- UAir spike hitbox now comes out the same frame as the main hitbox (1 frame faster)
Nerfs
- Tough Guy armor has been removed entirely
- Armor on certain moves no longer happen on the first window, making the armor trigger significantly later (FStrong, UStrong, DStrong, DAir, FSpecial punch)
- Reduced USpecial sourspot lifetime once again (6->8)

- FAir armor reduced (6->3 on startup, 9->6 on release)
- Removed armor on NAir
- DAttack armor comes out 8 frames later and is weaker (-3)
