- Added a little helper tool for Mr Samuel Streamer's Jorassic Park community challenge.

The community challenge revolves around building a large zoo, with score awarded based on animal score.
I have added an in-game GUI that shows the current zoo score, how many animals there are in the zoo, and an expanded window that shows more detail about what animals give what points.

Of course this option is disabled by default, since 99% of this mod's users will not be doing the challenge.

The feature can be enabled in Mod settings > What's That Mod > Advanced Options > Zoo Mode

- Fixes and improvements to the last update. Should now better handle runtime-generated defs and also Combat Extended ammo defs.

Re-wrote most of this mod. Loading is now done in a more 'official' way which might increase compatibility with other mods.

Added:
- Patched defs are now tagged! The implementation is not 100% accurate, but it should correctly label almost every patched def.
- Combat Extended enhanced compatibility: ammo stats are now displayed in the description, saving you having to inspect the caliber to know how much damage/pen a round has. Can be disabled in settings.
- 3 new options in the settings menu: CE compatibility toggle, 'Scan patches' toggle and 'Scan patches (deep mode)' toggle.
- Scanning patches is a bit slow (although only around 1 second with 60 mods), so for the very impatient user, this functionality can be disabled.
- Deep scanning is an option to perform a deeper scan of the patches, which can discover some 'hidden' defs in the patches, but is much slower than the default scan. Disabled by default.
