- added helmet ghillie, sunglasses, facescarf, and bullet belt as bodygrouped gear
- fix gear needing materials they don't need
- fix pistol holster clipping
- added rimlights to clothing, gear, and face
- edited lua script to accomodate the added gear changes
- much more filipino looking and more detailed head and arm skin (stops them from looking like sam milby clones). eyerefract setting for eyes
