- Replaced most vanilla air conditioner units with satellite dishes + TV aerial, more accurate to real building. Some kept for variety.
- Optimised tris in original model to allow for added detail:
- Windowsills
- Additional drainpipe (with far reduced tri count)

Fixes:
-Front step no longer sunken into the ground in-game
- Fixed slightly squint window textures on side of model.
- Fixed mismatched textures on some window frames.
