Sistem:
Fixed capture time not reseting when stop capturing before finished,
When Territory is under siege, doesn't turn to neutral any more, remains in original side instance until captured.
Fixed weapon crates not opening
AUTOBOTs menu "clear" button fixed, now works on both, side and enemy side.
AUTOBOTs menu buttons repositionated, adjusted do scroll down on mouse whell to show longer bot stock lines.

- AUTOBOTS now detects when flag is beeing captured, not only when it's lost.
- USA faction color Changed
- 2 More respawn weapons schemes each side
- Capturing messenges shown at flags status pannel, no more hint messenges
