- Fixed melee accidentally adhereing to delta animations, which resulted in the shoulder coming through the neck when looking up/down

- Fixed a visual bug where the fingers would clip into the grip when reloading (regular + empty)
- Synced the animation speed of item extend and helping hand extend for online so it doesn't freeze for a second (purely visual)
- Did further mesh changes to get rid of visible holes in the grip

Nothing to do with the actual mod, just making the Workshop assets look better.

Changed the up/down animation to not be so in-your-face and closer to L4D2 vanilla - please let me know how it looks.
