Fixed G-Spawn issue when picking up Alistair's Annihilator

Updated to fix the death barrier, fixed the Alistair's Folly not being in the box, hopefully fixed the body step in the EE and fixed the Mule Kick/Samantha curse bug during some of the challenges, fixed some minor mapping issues (hopefully including the spawns in the power room), nerfed the Sceptre slightly (less ammo and range) and made the final step of the EE harder.
