Fixed description issue with the Baratheon trait.
Updated icons for the open/close function on the decision tab.
Updated the version to display properly in the launcher.
Removed excess code from the .txt files.

-Cranked the recessive and dominant percentages to 100%, because the upgrading and downgrading of the traits seemed to work better when at those settings.

This way, the Low Valyrian trait will appear more often if only one parent has the trait, but if both parents have the trait, there's a chance to upgrade.
