Changed skybox, fixed some lighting.

Attempt to make the lighting a little better, added Nav Mesh.

Fixed flickering textures. Also fixed the leaves on top of one of the buildings not having two-sided materials

Fixed palm tree leaves collision on the cliffs. Attempt at fixing broken geometry in exchange for flickering textures.
