Bugfixes.

Fixed a bug where several spells could erroneously target buildings.

Reduced Samurai's Iai cost at all ranks. Flow now lasts for longer at all ranks. Intent has a lower base cooldown and now gains reduced cooldown per level. Rebalanced Yukikaze to deal lower damage at lower ranks. Its strength at max rank has been unchanged.

Slightly reduced the chi costs of most of Mystic's abilities. Smelling Salts now costs Stamina instead of Chi, it now has a longer cooldown and lower stun duration.

Bugfixes.

Berserker's Reckless Charge now lasts for a shorter time and knocks them down for a slightly longer duration after it ends.

Pridestalker now has access to the Spirit Wolves ability. Existing Pridestalkers may need to be reset to gain access to the ability.
Pridestalker's Target Practice now summons less Poppi per rank. Their Stalker's Gaze ability now affects fewer targets at all ranks.

Bombardier's Carpet Bomb now has a smaller explosion radius per hit.

Samurai has a new learnable cantrip: Blade Parry.

-Increased the cooldowns of Elemental Gunner's stamina abilities. Reduced the power of their trait. Frost Shot now inflicts a less-severe hediff.

-Greatly reduced Dispel's cast time. Slightly reduced Greater Dispel's cast time.

-Bombardier's Clearing Charge now does slightly less damage.

-Starseeker's Freeze, Avalanche, and Whiteout abilities now have a smaller AoE.

-Tweaked the cost of several spell scrolls to be more in line with their material costs.

-The Mystic class has been added to the game.

Fixed a bug where some of Oracle's spells were improperly tagged as violent/non-violent.

-Paladin has received a new skill, Hammer Bolt. It has had its Purity and Equality skills removed. In exchange, its Retribution ability has been reduced in cost and cooldown. Players will need to reset any existing Paladins to gain access to the new skillset.

(The reasoning for this change is that Vanilla Paladin has received a number of large buffs since this mod's release, and this change tones down its excessive shielding capabilities while giving it a new ability that can directly and immediately impact the battlefield.)

-A new class, the Oracle, has been released.
