Nomad's Light Arrow no longer drains the Chi pool. Its chi cost has been increased and its cooldown has been decreased.
Riddle of Flame no longer has a cost. The Inertia inflicted by the ability has been reduced in duration.
Skirmisher's Shot's range has been increased.
Reduced the amount of healing provided by Nomad's Grit at early ranks.

Warrior's Infuriate inflicts Inertia for a shorter time. Fixed a bug where Infuriate had a cost.

Fixed a bug where Black Mage's Thundaga could fail to go on cooldown.
Black Mage's fire-based spells no longer reduce the duration of Umbral Heart.
